Process and procedure

The first step is to discuss your project needs and to determine which style of rendering you require. Watercolor, pen & ink, colorized pen & ink, tight or loose rendering style, finished size and your time schedule.

The time required to render your project and the price depend on the complexity of the project as well as the rendering style needed. After discussing your project and needs I will give a final price and completion date before I start your rendering.

I start your rendering by creating a pencil layout and I send a copy of the layout to you for your approval. If you need to make any changes I revise the rendering and send the new pencil layout to you. After you approve the layout your rendering is created and you can still change the colors and textures of the rendering.

When you approve and purchase the final rendering you own All rights to it. You can use it in all digital platforms including files which can be used in any web site format or print format.

Step 1: Pencil layout. This will be sent to you to approve the overall layout of the rendering.

Step 2: Pen & ink base rendering. This is done by hand with ink after you have approved the pencil layout.

Step 3: Pen & ink rendering is colorized using PhotoShop digital software and sent to you for use in any format on the web or in print media.
